For the second year in a row, Archuleta County has received an unqualified opinion on its audit, meaning a clean audit.
The 2012 audit was presented at the Oct. 15 regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners by Randy Watkins and Tyra Litzau of Anton Collins Mitchell LLP of Greeley.
But, a clean audit does not mean the auditors made no findings for the county to improve upon in order to lower its risk of fraud.
