Revenues missing in action?

In November 2006, Archuleta County voters approved ballot measure 1A, a five-year “de-Brucing” measure that allowed the county to keep tax revenues above the limits set in the Taxpayers Bill of Rights (TABOR, with de-Brucing named after TABOR’s creator Douglas Bruce).

But now, with that de-Brucing seeing the sunset and in the past, Archuleta County administrator Jesse Smith is unsure that the county collected the additional revenues all five years the ballot measured allowed.
