At 10 a.m. today, Thursday, the Pagosa Springs Golf Club is up for public auction by Archuleta County Public Trustee Betty Diller.
The opening bid on the sale is $1,128,600.
The auction is part of a foreclosure on the PSGC by lender Colorado Community Bank and is for the purpose of paying of any debt, attorney fees and expenses of the sale.
