Take Shape For Life will sponsor National Discover Your Optimal Health Day Thursday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m. at the Allison Grange hall, 2658 CR 329.
The public is invited to a Healthy Happy Hour. The event will feature healthy snacks, drinks, music, door prizes and a whole lot of fun.
All across America, people will be celebrating at Healthy Happy Hours to encourage health in an effort to combat the ever-rising obesity rates.
