After last month’s meeting of the Pagosa Springs Sanitation and General Improvement District, where board member David Schanzenbaker confronted Mayor Ross Aragon and admonished his fellow board members for vilifying someone who was not present to defend himself, Steve Graham finally had the opportunity this week to speak on his own behalf.
