The Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners voted Tuesday to allow County Attorney Todd Starr to begin eminent domain proceedings for property located south of Pagosa Springs needed for a bridge replacement.
The project will replace the Rio Blanco Bridge located on County Road 337, south of Pagosa Springs, off of U.S. 84.
