After being placed in receivership earlier this year by the District Court County of El Paso, Colorado, the Pagosa Valley Golf Course, Pagosa Golf LLC will be sold at a public auction on Sept. 19. The auction will be conducted by Archuleta County Treasurer Betty Diller, acting as public trustee for the county.
In May 2013, Pagosa Valley Golf along with Monument Hill Club, located in Monument Colorado, both part of Tri-Lakes Golf, was placed under receivership with Touchstone Golf the receiver.
