For the second quarter of 2013, consisting of April, May and June, Archuleta County produced building permit numbers at levels last seen in 2007 and 2008, with some mirroring numbers last seen in 2006.
Numbers for permits of all kinds have increased over the same time period in 2011 and 2012, with accompanying revenues also on the rise.
