With the purchase of a new shop, Headlines by Carmen has moved up to Stolsteimer Hill, diagonal from the Old Fort Lewis Cemetery at 358 S. 10th St. — a downtown residential/commercial zoned location, and the new site of the hair care services business. There, they continue to provide the hometown community and all clients with current and reasonably-priced services, with hair cutting, styling, coloring, hi-lighting, perming, facial waxing, manicures and pedicures for men, women and children.
