The Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners are expected to consider an amended ordinance concerning medical marijuana in early June, potentially opening the door for additional medical marijuana dispensaries to open in Archuleta County.
Currently, there is a moratorium on new medical marijuana operations in unincorporated Archuleta County, with that moratorium recently extended to June 18.
