On April 23, board members from the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) discussed options and outcomes relative to different scenarios that could change future water rate structures.
The purpose of the work session was to collaborate with Fernando Aranda, water rate expert for Stepwise Utility Advisors, to find ways to provide the best services without raising water rates or incurring additional debt.
