The Echo Canyon Ranch FireWise Committee has put together the first Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) at a subdivision level in Archuleta County.
The CWPP has been reviewed and approved by he Durango District of the Colorado State Forest Service (CSFS), certifying that it meets or exceeds the CWPP minimum standards required by the Health Forests Restoration Act of 2003 (HFRA).
