History was made in Pagosa Springs at Tuesday night’s town council meeting when council member David Schanzenbaker made a motion that was accepted and passed by the other members of the council.
“Mister mayor,” Schanzenbaker said, “I move that executive session recordings can be listened to by individual town council members regardless of whether or not they were in the meeting, as long as that is done in Town Hall.”
