The Board of County Commissioners meets at 2:30 p.m. today at the county courthouse.

Following is the agenda.

Call to order.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Moment of silence.

Proclamations: National Public Health Week.

Public comments: This is an opportunity during the session for the public to address the commissioners on a subject not covered on the agenda. Step up to the podium, state your name and address for the record, and keep your comments to three minutes (the board is not required to discuss your comment or make a decision regarding your comment, under this section).

Liquor board:

A. Renewal of a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License for Three Rivers LLC dba Boss Hogg’s Restaurant and Saloon located at 157 Navajo Trail Drive This renewal includes no changes. The application is complete and proper fees submitted, the Sheriffs Office has completed its background check, and the Building Department has inspected the premises for changes.

Land Use Regulation hearing:

A. A request for the board to consider approval of the Zwisler Exemption Plat. The proposal is to exempt 2 (two) less than 35 acre tracts to become legal lots of record. The applicants are John and Sally Zwisler; Martin and Jane Zwisler Trust. The property is located in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, Township 35N, Range 6W, NMPM.

Consent agenda:

A. Letter of support for community development block grant application being submitted by Region 9 Economic Development District.

B. Approve Within My Reach contract.

C. Appoint Ronnie Zaday as public sector member from Archuleta County on Southwest Workforce Advisory Board.

D. Payroll and payable warrants.

E. Regular meeting minutes.

F. Special meeting minutes.

New business:

A. Consideration to reject Sole Response to RFQ No. 4458-13-001 for professional services for the Fatherhood program.

B. Consideration of RFQ No. 4458-13-002 for professional services for the Fatherhood program.
