The Parker family of Pagosa Springs — Jane and Cameron, and their children Annbelle and Davis — had an extraordinary experience, leaving the familiarity of their home in Pagosa to go to the third world country of Haiti for a visit to an orphanage called “Vilaj Espwa,” or “Hope Village,” where they witnessed the staggering need to feed those who could literally die of hunger without the aid and intervention of Espwa.[/caption]
