Glen Rivas was born July 8, 1962, in Pagosa Springs, the son of Christopher Lloyd and Fabiola Sally (Rivera) Rivas. He passed away on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, in Archuleta County at the age of 59.
Surviving Glen are his mother; children Mikaela Rivas, of Delta, Colo., Cruz Rivas, of Cortez, Colo., and Harlie Rivas (Edward Zeutzius), of Cortez; his siblings, Robert Rivas, of Aztec, N.M., Bernadette Archuleta, of Cortez, Libby Rivas, of Cortez, Lily Rivas, of Cortez, and Aaron Rivas; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and his sister, Dolores Rivas.
Funeral services will be held as follows: rosary: 6 p.m. Friday, June 17; service and Mass: Saturday, June 18, 10 a.m., all held at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pagosa Springs.
