Gabriela de la Paz, a renowned musician from Cuernavaca, Mexico, will return to Pagosa Springs in May.
de la Paz delighted a large audience at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church three years ago, but due to travel restrictions and concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, she has been unable to return until now.
de la Paz specializes in traditional music of Mexico and Latin America and over the years, has performed in Europe, Asia and the United States as well as many venues in Mexico and Latin America. Her musicianship and charming personality resonate strongly with her audiences.
Performances will be held at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Hall on Lewis Street on May 7 at 7 p.m. and on May 14 at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church, 225 S. Pagosa Blvd. at 7 p.m. Tickets will be $10 at the door.
