Comments regarding a proposal for a major sand and gravel permit known as the Oakbrush Hill Gravel Pit at X County Road 600 will be heard by the Archuleta County Planning Commission on Wednesday, Jan. 26, at 6 p.m. in the County Administration building located at 398 Lewis St.
