The Town of Pagosa Springs is seeking to qualify firms or individuals to develop a Multi-Modal Master Plan for our east end of town. Proposals shall include the needed labor, preliminary engineering, surveying, and final plan development. The master plan project will identify improvements for pedestrians, bicycles, vehicular traffic, parking, public park access, public transit stops and will provide preliminary engineering for those improvements as far as the budget allows. The project includes conducting numerous public meetings, Town Board meetings and intergovernmental meetings. The end result will be a detailed master vision document the scope of which will be developed during the planning process.

The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is available on the Town’s website, pagosasprings.co.gov under the “News” section at the bottom of the home page.
