Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office and Upper San Juan Search and Rescue team up with Pagosa Springs Medical Center EMS for training exercises recently. The teams deliver a joint response to the patient location whenever conditions allow. The teams train annually to maintain situational awareness, increase responder safety, and to develop and refine new and ongoing protocols.
