At a regular meeting on Oct. 22, the Pagosa Springs Town Council approved a development improvement agreement (DIA) for cabins that will be located at 151 South 5th St. and approved an allocation of capital fund reserves in the amount of $37,500 to participate in the relocation of off-site overhead public utilities.
