Request for Qualifications: The Board of County Commissioners for Archuleta County are seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide Project Manager/Owner’s Representative services related to the construction of a new Court Facility. The selected Project Manager will work with the County in the final phases of design and all phases of bidding, contracting, construction and close out of the project. Qualifications must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on June 4th, 2020 as specified in the “Request for Qualifications-Project Management Services” dated May 15, 2020. The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for Preliminary Major Subdivision development application for property located along County Road 119 (Hot Springs Blvd.) approximately 500 feet south of Apache Street.
The proposal is to create 10 single-family lots for individual residences that will access County Road 119 from an internal private drive connecting to CR 119 at 2 points.
The Planning Commission will consider the application at a public hearing scheduled on May 26, at 5:30 pm.
The Town Council will then consider the Preliminary Major Subdivision application at a public hearing scheduled on June 2, 2020 at 5pm.
To comply with the current social distancing recommendations, the respective agendas will include instructions on how to join the meeting via video conference and/or telephone.

You may also view the application on our website under Departments -> Planning -> Pending Land Use Development Projects.
The public hearings will be conducted from Town Hall, located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd.
