Request for Proposals-CMP Coordinator: The Board of County Commissioners seek proposals from a Program Coordinator, to ensure the effective delivery of services to children and families through our “collaborative management program” (CMP). The role of the CMP Coordinator is to support the goals of the program, and to provide leadership and administration of the same. The successful Respondent to this RFP will be awarded a contract, covering the period July 1, 2020 until June 30, 2021. At the option of the County, two extensions of up to one additional year each may be awarded. Respondents must read and follow the instructions contained in RFP No. 1597-20-001. Copies may be obtained from Matt Dodson (Matthew.Dodson@state.co.us) or may be downloaded from the County website at http://www.archuletacounty.org/Bids.aspx. Colorado law requires the county assessor to hear objections to real property classifications and valuations beginning no later than May 1, 2020. Objections to the valuation or classification of real property must be postmarked, delivered, or presented in person to the county assessor’s office no later than June 1, 2020. 

Colorado law requires the county assessor to begin hearing objections to personal property valuations no later than June 15, 2020. Objections to personal property valuations must be postmarked, delivered, or presented in person to the county assessor’s office no later than June 30, 2020.

Upper Rito Buckles Vegetation, Fisheries, Watershed and Travel Management Project

The San Juan National Forest, Pagosa Ranger District is seeking public comments on a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Upper Rito Buckles Vegetation, Fisheries, Watershed and Travel Management Project. The project proposes vegetation management, fisheries, watershed improvement, and travel management projects in the Upper Rito and Buckles landscapes located east and southeast of Pagosa Springs. The Draft EA describing the Proposed Action, with maps, is available on the project webpage online at: http://www.fs.usda.gov/project/?project=57071. 

Written comments will be accepted for 30 days beginning on the first day after the date of publication of this legal notice in the Newspaper of Record. The publication date in the newspaper of record is the exclusive means for calculating the comment period. Regulations prohibit extending the length of the comment period. If the comment period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or Federal holiday, comments will be accepted until the end of the next Federal working day. We are encouraging electronic submission of comments, which can be submitted through the electronic comment form located on the project webpage. Other eligibility requirements are defined by 36 CFR 218.25 (a)(3). Individual members of an entity must submit their own individual comments in order to have eligibility to object as an individual. A timely submission will be determined as outlined in 36 CFR 218.25 (a)(4). It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure timely receipt of any comments submitted.
