NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION
STATE OF COLORADO
TOWN OF PAGOSA SPRINGS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and particularly to the electors of the Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado:
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Pagosa Springs Home Rule Charter and the Municipal Election Code, the municipal election of the Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, will be held on Tuesday April 7, 2020 A.D. between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The corporate limits of the Town of Pagosa Springs shall constitute one precinct. The election shall be conducted as a mail ballot election. The ballots will be mailed to the eligible electors of the Town no earlier than 22 days prior to the election and no later than 15 days prior to the election. The drop-off location for the delivery of mail ballots and receipt of replacement ballots shall be located at the Town Hall, 551 Hot Springs Boulevard, in the Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, which shall be open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. beginning at least 22 days prior to the election day and from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on election day.
In order to vote in the election, an elector must be eighteen (18) years of age as of the day of the election, be a citizen of the United States of America, be registered with the Town Clerk or Archuleta County Clerk, not be in prison, and have legally resided for at least twenty-two (22) days immediately preceding the election in Colorado within the municipal limits of the Town as of the date of the election.

The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for “FINAL Major Design Review” for a proposed building addition at the Quality Inn located at 174 Hot Springs Blvd. The applicant is proposing a 1,523 square foot (SF) addition to the Hot Springs Blvd side of the existing southern building, consisting of a 934 SF guest lobby and 589 SF guest suite.
The Design Review Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 5:30pm in Town Hall Located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd, to consider the FINAL Design Review Application.

The proposed 4,173 square foot (SF) re-development will consist of a 3,098 SF pool house, 813 SF front patio and 262 SF back patio.

The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for “SKETCH Major Design Review” for the proposed mixed-use expansion of the existing Rose Restaurant on the lot adjacent to 408 Pagosa Street. The proposal includes a 3,000 SF main floor restaurant addition including an outdoor dining plaza. Two upper floors will contain 6 dwelling units on 2nd and 3rd floors of 3,700 SF and 3,300 SF respectively.
