Condo Bear

Several area residents got a nice view of this bear, who milled around a condo complex Sunday afternoon. Area bears are in hyperphagia, a time when black bears eat an estimated 20,000 calories per day to pack on the pounds and build fat reserves to survive winter hibernation.
