Rise Above Violence again hosted one of the more colorful ways to explore downtown Pagosa Springs and take in Saturday morning’s balloon ascension with the ColorFest Color Run. Participants of all ages were splashed with powdered color along the fun run’s course, then had the opportunity to have a little fun with the extra color at the run’s conclusion.
