On June 20, the Pagosa Springs Town Council denied a request by the project’s developers to vacate a 250-foot section of a public alley that runs through the proposed development.
At its June 20 meeting, the Pagosa Springs Town Council voted down an ordinance that would have vacated a public right of way between South 6th and South 5th streets to make way for a 30-unit condominium development.
