New requirements issued by San Juan Basin Public Health (SJBPH) that most septic systems must be inspected prior to sale of a home have surprised some home sellers, with those sellers figuring out that the number of bedrooms listed on their septic permits sometimes don’t match the number of bedrooms they serve.
