The Colorado Bureau of Investigation’s (CBI) full report on the case regarding missing 1033 Program assets given to the Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) was released to The SUN Monday, and has revealed new details about the case and elicited new actions from the county commissioners.
