Sexual assault — it’s not what you think it is.
Sexual assault is a general term that includes any forced or unwanted sexual activity, including rape, incest, sexual abuse and molestation. Sexual assault includes any forced or unwanted touching of an intimate part of the body, such as breasts, buttocks or genitals. Sexual assault is not the typical — stranger attacks someone in a dark alley and rapes them. Sexual assault happens every day; it happens all around us and it is usually with someone you know or are in a relationship with.
