With the current ski season winding down and Wolf Creek Ski Area (WCSA) tentatively slated to close April 3, most people will transition their thinking to summer activities until next fall, but not everyone.
Instead, the ski area will remain at the forefront for several people following the submittal of a proposal to expand the ski area into the San Juan National Forest (SJNF) and install two new lifts to service the area.
