NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular election will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. At that time, two (2) directors will be elected to serve a four-year term.
Self-Nomination and Acceptance forms are available from Diane Bower, the Designated Election Official for the District, at 191 North Pagosa Boulevard, Pagosa Springs, Colorado, 81147. Self-Nomination and Acceptance forms must be filed with the Designated Election Official for the District at the above address not less than 67 days prior to the election (Friday, February 26, 2016).
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that applications for absentee ballots may be filed with the Designated Election Official of the District at the above address between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., until the close of business on the Friday immediately preceding the election (Friday, April 29, 2016). All absentee ballots must be returned to the Designated Election Official by 7:00 p.m. on election day.

SAN JUAN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly to the property owners within San Juan Water Conservancy District of Archuleta County, Colorado.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 21, 2016, the term of office of three (3) Directors of the San Juan Water Conservancy District shall expire. Applications for appointment to the Board of Directors of the District will be received until February 20, 2016, for such position.
To be considered, you must have resided within the District for one year, must be the owner of real property within the District in Archuleta County, and must be knowledgeable in water matters. Applications are being received for the position on an at-large basis that will generally achieve a geographical representation of the District, in accordance with Section 37-45-114, C.R.S.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for conditional use for the operation of a “Paint Ball Park” to be located at 322 Harman Park Drive in the Harman Park commercial subdivision. The Town of Pagosa Springs Planning Commission will consider the conditional use application at a public hearing scheduled on February 9, 2016 at 5:30pm in Town Hall located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd. Anyone wishing to provide comments should contact the Town Planning Department at 970-264-4151 x224 or attend the public hearing. Public comments will be accepted at the public hearing.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and, particularly, to the electors of Colorado’s Timber Ridge Metropolitan District of Archuleta County, Colorado.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a mail-in ballot election will be held on the 3rd day of May, 2016. At that time, two (2) directors will be elected to serve 4-year terms and two (2) director will be elected to serve a 2-year term. Eligible electors of Colorado’s Timber Ridge Metropolitan District interested in serving on the board of directors may obtain a Self-Nomination and Acceptance form from the District Designated Election Official (DEO), who may be contacted by mail, telephone or email:

If the DEO determines that a Self-Nomination and Acceptance form is not sufficient, the eligible elector who submitted the form may amend the form once, at any time, prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the deadline.
Affidavit of Intent To Be A Write-In-Candidate forms must be submitted to the office of the designated election official by the close of business on Monday, February 29th, 2016 (the sixty-fourth day before the election).
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, an application for an absentee ballot shall be filed with the designated election official no later than the close of business on Tuesday April 26th, 2016, if the mail-in ballot is to be mailed to the elector, or until the close of business on the Friday April 29th, 2016 .

BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HEARING ON FEBRUARY 16, 2016
Black & Veatch, representing Verizon Wireless, is requesting approval to Rezone a parcel in the PUD zone to establish a Development Plan, for property owned by the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association known as the Lake Forest Open Space, located generally within Sections 18 and 19, T13N R2W NMPM, at 1311 Lake Forest Cir, Pagosa Springs, CO. The Development Plan will provide standards for placement of a Commercial Mobile Radio Systems (CMRS) wireless communication facility north of the lake, including a 70’ monopine pole and faux wood equipment shelter, and continued recreation and open space use.

PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING ON February 10
C&J Gravel Products, Inc, of Durango, Colorado, represented by Nathan Barton, Wasteline, Inc., have applied for a Major Sand & Gravel Permit for the proposed Two Rivers Pit, to be located on property owned by the James A. Constant Jr Revocable Trust and Leila B. Constant Revocable Trust; NW¼NE¼, S½NE¼ and NE¼SE¼ of Section 10 and N½SW¼ and S½NW¼ Section 11, T33N R2W NMPM at 12500 County Road 500, Pagosa Springs, CO. C&J Gravel proposes to construct and operate a sand and gravel mining and processing facility on approximately 62.6 acres of the 100 acres of the property east of the San Juan River, in accordance with Colorado Division of Reclamation Permit M-2015-004.
This project will be reviewed according to the Conditional Use Permit procedures in the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations.
