According to a press release, the Black Hills Corp., a multistate natural gas company, is moving forward in the process of acquiring SourceGas, to the tune of approximately $2 billion.
SourceGas is the central provider of natural gas in the Pagosa Springs area. With the acquisition still unfolding, it is unknown exactly how the deal will impact local customers.
