Robert Lockwood Bigelow, known to Pagosa Springs as “Bob,” passed away on Sept. 20.
There will be a memorial service celebrating his life and contributions to our community on Monday, Oct. 5, at 7 p.m. at Restoration Fellowship Church, 264 Village Drive.
