FBLA students place at state, two move on to national competition

Twenty-seven members of the Pagosa Springs High School chapter of Future Business Leaders of America traveled to Vail on April 22 to compete at the three-day FBLA State Leadership Conference.

Five students placed in the top 10: Jacqueline Garcia, first in Future Business Leader; Marissa Talamante, third in Job Interview; Ayriana Rackham, fourth in Impromptu; Miah Pitcher, fifth in Public Speaking II; and Addie Thompson, eighth in Public Speaking I.
