Construction to resume on sewer pipeline near Trujillo Road

Work on the pipeline itself stopped late last year for the winter season, while crews concentrated on building the two pump station structures and installing the pumping equipment.

“My guess is within the next week the general contractor will be mobilizing for the construction season,” supervisor Gene Tautges reported to the Pagosa Springs Sanitation and General Improvement District’s (PSSGID) board of directors Tuesday night, “so we will see a lot more work on the pipeline and pump stations soon.”
