For the fourth year in a row, The Pagosa Springs SUN has been awarded the highest honor that a weekly newspaper can receive in Colorado — General Excellence.
The staff of The SUN also garnered the top awards for Photo and Design Excellence for the fourth year in a row, Advertising Excellence for the fourth year in a row, and Online Excellence for the second year in a row (this award was created in 2013).
The awards were announced at the 137th annual Colorado Press Convention last weekend in Denver.
