History trip impacts students

Eighth-graders at Pagosa Springs Middle School are currently raising money for a summer history trip that will encompass several historical locations in the eastern U.S. under the direction of teacher Scott White.

The annual Pagosa Springs eighth-grade history class trip is set for this June. Scott White, who teaches the class, launched the program six years ago and last week held an informal meeting to reconnect with past students and share a look back on their experiences.
