Don Davis, Jan. 8, 1941-Jan. 1, 2015.
Don, 73, passed away at home after a long battle with cancer. Don and the love of his life, Jeanette, moved to Pagosa Springs 18 years ago. Don worked for Channel 3 News in Wichita, Kan., for 27 years and retired from Boeing. After retiring, they decided to make Pagosa their home. Don was very loving, mischievous and laid back. He loved his annual motorcycle trips with his boys and enjoyed time spent with his grandchildren.
Don is survived by his wife, Jeanette; sons — Scott (Lesha) Zander, of Pagosa Springs; Donny (Yoshiko) Davis, of Kansas City, Kan.; and Tim (Dianne) Davis, of Wichita, Kan.; grandchildren — Alexyss, Kadence, Christopher, Shelby and Justin; and many more family and friends. Don will truly be missed. We will love you always.
