NOTICE is hereby given to all interested parties that a Public Hearing will be held on October 16, 2014 at 5:30 p.m., at the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District’s office, 100 Lyn Avenue, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147 to consider a listing of accounts that have been delinquent for at least six months and are in excess of $150.00 per account. The District is empowered by Section 32-1-1101 (1) (e), C.R.S. and the District’s Rules and Regulations to collect such delinquent fees and charges by certification to the County Treasurer.

Archuleta School District 50 Joint is accepting bids for snow removal from school campuses during the 2014-2015 school year. Bid packets may be obtained at www.mypagosaschools.com under the Community link or at the MaT building or Administration Office. Non-mandatory walk-throughs at each campus will be conducted on Monday, October 13, 2014. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 pm Thursday, October 16, 2014. All bids will be opened and awarded at 10 am Friday, October 17, 2014 at the Administration Office.

NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of the Upper San Juan Health Service District (“USJHSD”). The proposed budget will be considered at a public hearing which will take place during the regular meeting of the Board of USJHSD on October 28, 2014, commencing at 5:30 pm , at 95 South Pagosa Blvd., Pagosa Springs, CO 81147.
A copy of the proposed budget is available for inspection, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, at USJHSD’s administrative office located at 95 South Pagosa Blvd., Pagosa Springs, CO. Any interested elector within the USJHSD service territory (Archuleta County, CO) may inspect, comment or register objections thereto at any time prior to the adoption of the supplemental budget.
