Despite striking a tentative agreement with an Aspen Springs property owner to clean up her property, which is in violation of the county’s nuisance ordinance, the county is now moving forward with additional court action to clean up the property.
“It has become clear that the agreement will not be signed,” wrote Archuleta County Administrator Bentley Henderson in an e-mail to SUN staff.
