Called “one of America’s funniest female comics” by Jay Leno, stand-up comedienne Kathleen Madigan returns to the Community Concert Hall at Fort Lewis College with her one-woman show “Madigan Again,” Thursday, April 3, 7:30 p.m.

Known for her exceptional comedic timing and irreverence, plus a hilarious perspective on life’s everyday occurrences, Madigan premiered “Madigan Again,” her third, hour-long special, last year on Sept. 11. “Madigan Again” was named by iTunes as one of the best comedy albums of 2013.

To Madigan, she’s merely living her life, doing what she enjoys. “I just like to tell jokes for an hour or so and laugh,” she states in her biography.

She’s shared her wit around the world at comedy festivals and has taken part in a USO Tour of Iraq and Afghanistan with Kid Rock, Lewis Black and Kellie Pickler.

Tickets for Kathleen Madigan, “Madigan Again” ($24/$27/$39) are available on-line at www.durangoconcerts.com, by calling 247-7657, or by visiting the ticket office inside the Durango Welcome Center at 8th Street and Main Avenue, downtown Durango.

Showtime is 7:30 p.m., with doors to the Concert Hall  opening at 6:30 p.m.
