    Notice of Public Hearing

    Planning Commission

    Archuleta County, Colorado

    PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to CRS 30-28-116 that the Planning Commission of Archuleta County, Colorado, will hold a public hearing to consider revisions to the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations. These proposed changes are available for viewing either at the Planning Department at 1122 Highway 84 on the website at www.archuletacounty.org under Departments, Planning, Planning Proposals.

    A public hearing on these proposed amendments will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 6:00 PM in the County Courthouse, Commissioner’s meeting room at 449 San Juan Blvd., Pagosa Springs, Colorado, at which time all interested parties will be heard.

    Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission, P. O. Box 1507, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147, at or prior to said public hearing.

    The Humane Society of Pagosa Springs Annual Meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on January 21, 2014 at the Humane Society Thrift Store meeting room located at 269 Pagosa St.

    The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect Directors for the upcoming year and to conduct such business, which may come before the meeting. Annual meeting attendance is limited to persons who are current members. You must be a new member in good standing by January 1, 2014 or have renewed your membership prior to the annual meeting to attend.
