    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    COUNTY OF ARCHULETA

    Public Notice is hereby given that on November 14, 2013, an application for a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License to be issued to Buffalo Inn Bar and Restaurant, LLC was filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Archuleta County, Colorado. The premises is to be known as (dba) the Buffalo Inn Bar and Restaurant, and more particularly described as 164 N. Pagosa Blvd.

    Notice is further given that a hearing for said application will be held on December 17, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in the Archuleta County Courthouse located at 449 San Juan Street, Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

    At said time and place, all parties of interest shall be allowed to appear in support of, or in opposition to, the granting of said license by petitions, objections or personal appearances.     The Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado is in the process of finalizing the above listed project constructed by U-Can-Afford Landscaping, Inc. (UCAL). Any claims against this project by suppliers, subcontractors, or others should be delivered to the project engineering firm of Davis Engineering Service, Inc. at 188 S. 8th Street, P.O. Box 1208, Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81147. All claims shall be delivered and received prior to December 30, 2013. Any claims received on or after December 30, 2013 shall not be considered.     NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR

    ADOPTION OF THE 2014 BUDGET 

    AND APPROPRIATION 

    (Pursuant to Section 29-1-106 and

     Section 29-1-109, C.R.S.)

    NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Health of San Juan Basin Health (“SJBH”). The proposed budget will be considered at a public hearing which will take place during the regular meeting of the Board of SJBH on December 19, 2013, commencing at 2:00 p.m., at 281 Sawyer Drive, Durango, CO 81303.

    A copy of the proposed budget is available for inspection, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, at SJBH’s administrative office located at 281 Sawyer Drive, Durango, CO.
