In the high country, the storm’s impact was more profound. Wolf Creek Ski Area reports 42 inches of snow from the most recent storm, with 22 inches in the last 48 hours. The snow depth midway and at the summit is 62 inches. The forecast in Pagosa Country today is for mostly cloudy skies, with partly cloudy conditions expected Tuesday, just in time for the peak holiday rush. Wednesday is expected to bring partly cloudy conditions; Thanksgiving Day is predicted to be partly sunny, with a high of 46 degrees, with similar conditions Friday and through the weekend. Snow is expected to arrive Monday and Tuesday of next week.
