Tomorrow, Friday Nov. 22, will mark the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dealey Plaza, Dallas, Texas, by shooter Lee Harvey Oswald.
The president was shot and killed while riding in a 1961 Lincoln convertible on a motorcade route through Dallas. At the time of the assassination, President Kennedy was greeting the public, riding alongside his wife, Jacqueline, in the company of Texas Governor John Connally and his wife, Nellie Connally.
