Several and varied opportunities exist this weekend to support local non-profits in Pagosa Country.
On Friday, the Friends of the Library’s annual book sale begins early for members with the annual meeting and potluck at 6 p.m., followed by the preview sale at 7 p.m. at the Centerpoint Church. Everyone is welcome to become a member.
Saturday includes a variety of events.
The 15th annual United Way golf tournament kicks off with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Registration for the tournament begins at 8 a.m.
The Shamrock Festival begins at 8 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church, and continues into the evening with a yard sale, book sale, silent auctions, raffles, and a dinner.

At 7:30 p.m., the Holy Rollers will take the stage at Pope John Paul II Church for the benefit of the Catholic Food Bank. Dinner is available before the 6:30 p.m. mass, and dessert will be available at intermission.
