4-H youth who are raising animals and are involved in various 4-H indoor projects for the Archuleta County Fair this year will be pounding the pavement on Friday, July 12.

Watch for them at local businesses around town. You can’t miss them; they will be wearing their 4-H shirts or will be dressed in their western attire, and they’re very eager to talk about all of their 4-H projects.

They will be promoting their 4-H indoor projects, the Livestock Auction and annual Chuck Wagon Dinner that will take place Saturday, Aug. 3.

The Chuck Wagon Dinner will run 4:30-6:30 p.m. and the Junior Livestock Auction will take place at 6:30, with pre-registration at 5:30.

4-H indoor projects can be viewed starting Thursday, Aug. 1, until Sunday, Aug. 4. They are amazing!

Please support their endeavors by hanging a flier in your store window and by purchasing Chuck Wagon Dinner tickets. The dinner tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under.

Thank you for supporting 4-H and our youth. For more information, contact the 4-H office at 264-5931.
