The Chamber of Commerce is selling tickets for various upcoming events at our offices. This opportunity is available to all Chamber members. Many organizations now sell tickets online; however, printed tickets are still an option for those who prefer a ticket in hand and don’t want to deal with online sales, and the Chamber is a convenient location as you visit the post office or run errands.

Here are the tickets we have available:

The annual Mountain Light Music Festival is back this year with three days of concerts to be held at beautiful Keyah Grande. Concerts will be held Wednesday, July 26, to Friday, July 28, at 7 p.m. Wednesday consists of a jazz/trio combo, Thursday will be swing band night, and Friday will be a jazz ensemble/big band theme. Tickets are payable by cash or check with the cost being $40 for the Wednesday jazz trio and $50 for the Thursday and Friday performances.

We have tickets for the upcoming Spanish Fiesta to be held July 29 at the Archuleta County Fairgrounds. This event has not been held for quite a few years and it is returning with a bang. Well-known regional musician Al Hurricane Jr. will be performing in the evening. There are activities occurring all day long beginning at 3 p.m. including food, dancing, music and artisan vendors. There are a variety of ticket prices: general admission ages 19-64 — $30, seniors 65 and older — $20, students 16-18 — $15, and children 15 and younger and seniors 85 and older are free. If you would prefer to purchase your tickets online with a credit card, visit www.givebutter.com/asispanishfiesta2023. Tickets at the Chamber are payable by cash and check only.

You can purchase tickets from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. If purchasing tickets in the mornings before 10 a.m., please utilize the Chamber door facing Hot Springs Boulevard as the main Visitor Center doors are closed until 10 a.m.

ColorFest tickets coming soon

Speaking of tickets, the annual ColorFest weekend will be held Sept. 15-17. There are two events over that weekend that require tickets. Tickets will only be available online through our website, www.pagosachamber.com. Tickets will be available after July 17.

You can purchase tickets for the Passport to Pagosa Wine and Food Festival on Sept.15 and for the Bands and Brews event on Sept. 16. The Wine and Food Festival will have VIP tickets for $70 and general admission tickets for $55. Beer tasting tickets are $35 and $10 for general admission.

More information will be forthcoming; however, great music, delicious food from Pagosa’s restaurants, specialty shops and caterers will be on hand for Sept. 15 with music provided by Bob Hemenger, and Sept. 16 has more food vendors, delicious quaffs from New Mexico and Colorado as well as hard ciders on tap. There will also be great musical groups to keep the party rolling and an evening balloon glow to round out the day.
