The 2012 Festival of Trees deadline for tree sponsorship is fast approaching, so hurry in before Nov. 16 to secure a spot for the non-profit of your choice. This is a wonderful event to help raise money, or maybe just an enjoyable time to get a beautiful tree for the holiday season. Movement and Music. Fridays, 10-11:30 a.m. Tune into your body, with freeform movement to a live soundtrack of flowing and exotic music by Paul Roberts. Belly dancing. A pleasant aerobic exercise, dancing brings well-known benefits, such as reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, weight control and more. Belly dance helps to develop muscle control and isolation, graceful arms and body conditioning from head to toe. The Ross Aragon Community Center has the space you are looking for. We have reasonably priced rooms to meet your event needs. Our rates range from $6 to $90 per hour. Room sizes for 20, 40, 50, 90 or 500 people.
The community center hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday by appointment only.
